Heritage Education and Research Services pledges to provide top-quality services in an effective, timely, and professional manner. All work is conducted in accordance with the standards set by the U.S. Secretary of Interior's "Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation," the Ohio Historic Preservation Office's Archaeology Guidelines, and the Register of Professional Archaeologists' (RPA) Code of Conduct.

Heritage ERS' services include:

• NHPA Section 106 and NEPA regulatory  compliance, including all aspects of cultural resources management investigations:

  • Literature and background review
  • Phase I archaeological survey and architectural survey
  • Phase II evaluative testing
  • Impact assessment
  • Monitoring construction activities
  • Phase III archaeological mitigation
  • Consulting party coordination
  • Preparation of Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs)

Heritage ERS has conducted work for developers, telecommunications companies, environmental and engineering firms, and other CRM businesses. The Owner/Principal Investigator has experience working in a state historic preservation office and will work with clients to explain and simplify the process of CRM project reviews, assessment of effects, and mitigation procedures. Heritage ERS has an excellent record of obtaining concurrence from the state historic preservation office on first draft submissions, which can significantly reduce overall project costs for our clients.

Heritage ERS also has a great deal of experience with FCC Forms 620 and 621 for new telecommunications towers and co-locations.
